Petrocal was formed by Petrolog CalDive West Africa and Caldive International in 2011 after the two shareholder companies found a common value in an approach to business, and in particular how it should be

conducted in the West African Oil and Gas market. We believe that the strengths of the shareholder companies, when harnessed together, will enable us to provide ‘best in class’ service to clients. It is the intention of the Company to pursue opportunities in the West African market with the following objectives:

  • Provision of installation and support services for companies operating in the offshore oil and gas industry, by utilizing existing owned equipment where possible or by the management and operation of third party equipment, if necessary.

  • More specifically, we intend to offer project management and engineering services, diving, pipelay and derrick-barge operation services.

  • We intend to embrace the host country indigenous talent-pool with a real intention of the employment of local nationals whenever possible.

  • We will conduct our business in a fair and ethical manner at all times.

  • We will ensure that all operations are executed with the highest regard to Safety and Quality.
